Chinese Auction

In line with the recent announcement about the extension of rules regarding social distancing it is unlikely that our Summer Fayre will go ahead this year.  With this in mind, it is even more important that we sell as many Chinese Auction Tickets as possible!   You will have already received an emailed copy of the catalogue of prizes together with tickets to print out.  If you would prefer printed tickets, please collect from the office.

Please circulate to your family, friends and colleagues so that we can make our ticket sales the best ever – our catalogue of prizes this year is fabulous!

We would encourage you to sell as many tickets as possible and then pay one amount (wherever possible) directly into our account – the details are shown below.  If this is difficult for you, we can, of course, accept cash ……. We are grateful for every ticket sold!

Children starting school in September 2021 – We know that you have now received invitations for your child’s visits to primary school.  Of course, we are more than happy for children to be dropped off later or collected earlier for these visits but we would ask that parents are mindful of our circle times (9.45-10.15 am and 1.00pm to 1.30pm) so that these are not disrupted.  If a visit finishes after 12 pm please ensure that your child has eaten their lunch before you drop them back to pre-school. Thank you.

30 hours Funding – If you think you are going to be eligible for 30 hours funding in the Autumn term (September 2021) you will need to obtain your eligibility code before the end of this term.  If you are a single parent and working over 16 hours or you and your partner both work over 16 hours you should be eligible.  Simply visit Childcare Choices online to apply.

Just like primary school, we have no facility to keep lunch boxes chilled.  Please remember to put ice packs in your child’s lunch box during this warm weather.

Please ensure that your child’s bag does not contain sun cream, lip balm, treats, necklaces, special items, coins etc as children often leave their bags open during the day and items can be accessed by other children.  Your child’s bag should contain a change of clothing including socks and pants for water play etc and a named sun hat. Thank you.

If you are collecting older siblings from primary school, you are invited to queue on the right-hand side of the path from 2.45 pm.  However, this priority queue is only available until 3 pm.  If you arrive after 3 pm please join the usual queue on the left-hand side.  Thank you for your co-operation with this system.

We have been busy taking individual graduation photos of the children that are leaving us at the end of this term to start primary school in September.  As soon as these are completed, we will be sending your proofs and giving you details of how you can purchase copies.
